Shutting down.

On September 1st 2024 this IG page will be shut down. Following that the Max U LLC website will be shut down as well. Medical and Corrective Exercise is an effective way to treat a variety of health conditions as well as to correct movement dysfunction and Muscle Imbalances that lead to chronic pain and poor quality of life. This treatment option isn't a pill. It doesn't mask pain and it requires work and effort on the part of the client/ patient. If you don't work it won't.

However due to a number of variables and life changes Max Potential as a business will no longer be in service.

For many who are readers of this blog and not subscribers to the newsletter this article may be shocking. However, know that from the very inception of Max Potential LLC the purpose was to maximize the potential for everyone as intended by God through Health Science and physical medicine. My target audience was initially more broad. However it has become clearer to me that moving forward the aim is to focus in primarily on those who are already God minded and want to contribute to Christ's Great Commission for us.

I spent a long time as a competitive athlete in Wrestling, Karate, Kickboxing, MMA, and Boxing. During that time, I incurred injuries. Many of them on fight night. Thanks to my fight medic (cut man) and God... I made it out alright. Here's an article I wrote on the MMA Fight Night First Aid Kit.
