No shame in the prop game! We love... LOVE props! Blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets—these aren’t “training wheels,” they’re power tools. They bring the floor closer, create space where the body needs it, and help you relax enough to actually feel the pose instead of fighting it.
Props make yoga more accessible, more comfortable, and honestly… a lot more enjoyable. So stack the blocks, hug the bolster, grab the strap.
