29029 Training Update: The Fun Never Stops.

Kim and Jimmy started this wild training in November, and now they're in their 2nd week of the "Official" 29029 training plan.
Ice, snow? Taking it inside!
Here's their progress for the past week:
Yoga: 3 Hours
Run: 23 Miles
Incline Walk: 20 Miles
Row: 40,000 Meters (24.85 Miles)
Box Steps: 1 Hour
Cardio: 3 Hours

Meet our February Student of the Month, Jaimee Harrison. We are so lucky that Jaimee found us just three months ago and has been consistent in her practice with us since. So honored to have the opportunity to work with the recruits of
Much gratitude to Chief Mark Chandler for reaching out and recognizing the powerful role yoga can play in supporting both the mind and body during such an intense, demanding, and incredible training program.
These recruits have done hard meaningful work- training their strength, resilience, focus, and nervous systems each day. Being able to offer tools for recovery, mobility, breath, and grounding alongside that work is truly an honor.
I'm deeply grateful for this opportunity and community, and am excited to continue building a relationship between Humble Heart and Clarksville Fire Rescue - supporting those who show up for our community with the care, respect, and intention they deserve. Thank you for trusting me with this work.

Classes are back on! The sidewalk is clear and the parking lot is mostly slush, so just tread mindfully. We cannot wait to get back into the studio and see your smiling faces again!

We know the sun is shining and everything looks picture-perfect—but things are still frozen. Our parking lot is still a sheet of solid ice, and your safety (and ours!) is always our top priority.

We’re watching conditions closely and will take it day by day. Trust us—we’re just as ready as you are to get back on our mats and reconnect in person.

We’ll keep you posted with updates as things begin to thaw.
