We have always hired our teams with a desire that when they leave us, they leave for something better. And largely, this has been the reality. We are losing a Sautee Chef to a specialized education that will allow him to fulfill his dream of paleantology. And this loss will hit us hard, on the line and in our hearts. But that just gives us the opportunity to build a new relationship.
