✨ Important Office Updates – Effective March 23, 2026 ✨
At Queen City Women’s Health, we are committed to providing efficient, high-quality care. Please review the following important updates:
3D/4D Ultrasound Appointments
We now offer an additional Wednesday each month for 3D/4D ultrasounds!
Appointments are available on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month beginning at 2:00 PM.
Please contact our office to schedule.
Updated FMLA & Short-Term Disability Paperwork Policy
• All paperwork requests will be completed within 14 business days.
• We no longer offer expedited 72-hour completion.
• There is no charge for completion of forms for our patients.
• A $25.00 fee applies for paperwork completed for a spouse, partner, relative, or friend. Payment is required at the time forms are submitted.
Patients are responsible for submitting paperwork in a timely manner. Our office requires up to 14 business days for processing, and this timeframe cannot be shortened. Paperwork submitted close to an employer’s deadline may result in delays, and we are unable to guarantee completion for last-minute requests.
Walk-In Hours Reminder
Walk-in visits for injections, vaccines, incision checks, and blood pressure checks are available during the following times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Patients arriving outside of these designated walk-in hours will be asked to return the next business day. Dedicated staff are assigned specifically during these times to ensure safe and timely care.
Phone System Update
We are currently upgrading our phone system to improve efficiency, as we recognize some patients have experienced difficulty reaching us due to high call volume.
If you are unable to reach us by phone, we strongly encourage use of the patient portal for communication.
If you are not yet an established patient and have general questions, please email:
