"This bill prohibits a healthcare provider from being required to participate in, or pay for, a healthcare procedure, treatment, or service that violates the conscience of the healthcare provider."

This means a Healthcare provider can LEGALLY deny anyone access to safe medical care because of the providers personal beliefs. Should a healthcare provider chose to deny medical treatment for their personal opinions and beliefs, they are directly violating their Hipocratic OATH. Acting on their personal interest is ROBBING their patients of autonomy.

Just because something is legal, does not make it ethical. Period.

Here is where I have always stood and will continue to stand in regards to providing healthcare services to Clarksville TN:

Nine Worlds Healing will never deny medical care to someone based on religious choice, political affiliation, sexual orientation, nationality, race, or gender. Ever. Everyone will be treated fairly here. This is a safe place for everyone.

This will remain my FAFO Policy (previously The Safe Space Policy)
This is a safe space for every single person. ALL sexual orientations, races, nationalities, genders, religions, political parties, etc are welcome in this space. We have a zero tolerance policy for hate speech and discrimination in this sacred space. Violation of the FAFO Policy will result in immediate termination of any session and the full service charged to your card on file with a 20% tip which will be used for a donation in your name to support the group being discriminated against.

NOTE: Each fiscal memorandum applies only to the amendment(s) identified in the memorandum. The fiscal memorandum must be matched to any amendments that have been adopted.

2024. The year I was Humbled.

Thank you to every single client, peer, and friend that trusted me with their massage therapy needs.

I struggle seeing the impact I make. Every star on this board equats to 1 hour of body work I provided this year. When I was in high school I had an incredible teacher share the Starfish Story with me. At the time I didn't understand why it was so important, but I can imagine now, as an adult in the service and health care industry, what this story meant to a teacher. This Glimmer Board is how I remember "I made a difference to that one."

My work space for the next 3 days. I'm taking another 15 hour Continuing Education Course on Bodywork for Depression and Anxiety and it starts today!! I've been looking forward to taking this class for *months* and I'm incredibly excited it's finally here.
