Breastfeeding support is coming to Whitesburg, Kentucky!!

On April 10th, I’ll be hosting a pop-up lactation clinic at Rooted Chiropractic with Dr. Cillesha Ashworth to bring expert breastfeeding care to families in Eastern Kentucky.
As someone born and raised in Eastern KY, I know firsthand that access to maternal health care can be limited in rural areas. This collaboration is about making sure families have the support they deserve without needing to travel hours to find it.

During these one-hour visits we can work on:
Painful latch
Low milk supply concerns
Bottle refusal
Pumping and fl**ge fitting
Fussiness, gas, or feeding challenges
Breastfeeding and combo feeding support
Weighted feeds and personalized care plans

Only 4 appointments are available for this clinic day.

Self-pay visits are $200, and some insurance plans may cover your visit through Lactation Network. Virtual follow-ups are also available if needed.

Our hearts are absolutely broken for the families, friends, classmates, teachers, and the entire Kenwood Middle School community.

There truly are no words big enough for a loss like this. What happened is heartbreaking, and as a Clarksville community, we are grieving alongside every student, parent, staff member, and loved one affected.

We are lifting up the families of these two baby girls that passed away in prayer, along with every child, educator, first responder, and community member involved and carrying the weight of this tragedy. We also pray for healing both physically and mentally for all those Injured.

Clarksville is a strong and loving community, and in moments like this, we mourn together, pray together, and hold one another a little tighter.

Please keep Kenwood Middle School and all those impacted in your thoughts and prayers in the days, weeks, months, and years ahead. 🤍
