Oh my gourd this side dish is ๐ŸคŒ

๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ
-2 cups butternut squash (peeled and cut into cubes)
-1 teaspoon olive oil
-2/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
-Optional: dash cayenne

๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Place aluminum foil on one large baking sheet
3. Mix the cinnamon and salt together
4. Toss the butternut squash cubes into the olive oil, then into the seasoning mixture until they are well coated
5. Evenly spread out coated butternut squash on the baking sheet in a thin layer
6. Place the baking sheet in the oven
7. Cook for 20-25 minutes and then flip
8. Cook for an additional 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly brown and the centers are tender

This Veterans Day, Tuesday November 11 at 7:30AM and 9:00AM, weโ€™re inviting our Clarksville community to join us in honoring those who have served through sweat, effort, and purpose.

On this day, drop-ins are FREE to anyone looking to honor our Veterans and support The Step Up Foundation and their mission: to change the narrative concerning the number of veteran suicides by dramatically expanding awareness regarding the effects of blast wave injury, traumatic brain injuries, and post traumatic stress.

This workout is more than just step-ups โ€” itโ€™s a chance to remember, reflect, and rally together as a community. Whether youโ€™re active duty military, veteran, or a proud supporter, everyone is welcome to participate. SAVE THE DATE and JOIN US.

We're excited to have some of our athletes take on the Half Marathon and 5K Run/Ruck this weekend! For some it's a new challenge and for others, let's just say it's not their first rodeo. Either way it's what we train for. CrossFit sets the perfect foundation in functional fitness that allows us to run, jump, push, and pull on a regular basis building our strength, improving our cardiovascular fitness, and enhancing our mental toughness to be able to take on challenges such as these.
