🌾 As 2025 came to a close, yoga reminds us that nothing is separate. Every practice, pause, challenge, and insight belongs to the same unfolding.

Integration is the quiet work of gathering it all—and Ahimsa is how we carry it forward.

Ahimsa means non-violence, but its deeper meaning is active compassion—
kindness in thought, word, and action,
and a commitment to do no harm, beginning with ourselves.

As we step into a new beginning, we return to this first principle of yoga.
Not as perfection.
Not as self-judgment.
But as a way of living with care, patience, and protection for what is tender.
