🌾 Sleep Well Series | Week 2: Unplug Early
Screens keep our minds awake long after the day is done. The light, the scrolling, the endless thoughts — all of it keeps your nervous system alert when it should be unwinding.
Tonight, try a simple unplug ritual:
• Power down your phone or TV at least 30 minutes before bed.
• Step outside, look at the stars, or listen to the quiet.
• Read, stretch, breathe, or simply sit still and notice your own rhythm.
When you give yourself time away from screens, your body begins producing melatonin naturally, helping you drift into deeper, more peaceful sleep.
