For us, walking--especially in cool air--is one of the fastest ways to get our brains out of fight, flight or freeze. You don't have to walk fast or even for very long. Check out the MRIs below and see all that brain activity (releasing endorphins and feel-good neurotransmitters) caused by a 20 minute stroll.
