We opened in 1975 and built additions in 1980, 1994, and 2000. Clarksville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center can care for

42 people under licenses for both Medicare (skilled) and general nursing care and offers a mixture of private rooms and semi-private rooms. Clarksville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a well- kept facility that is privately owned by members of the local communities. Our primary goal has always been to provide the best possible environment and care for everyone in our building, regardless of financial resources. Clarksville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center takes pride in the quality of care offered to our residents. Clarksville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center features a chapel area, a spacious multi-purpose/ activity room with an adjoining courtyard and gazebo, a solarium, a bird aviary, a beautiful garden and patio, and some of the most caring staff-members you will ever meet!

This afternoon, we took advantage of the gorgeous weather and headed outside to soak up the sunshine and fresh air. There’s nothing better than good company and a warm spring day!💛

EASTER HOP! 🐰
Mark your calendars! The Clarksville Public Library and Clarksville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center will be collaborating to host an EASTER HOP again this year on Saturday, April 4th from 9:00-10:00 am (come & go). Children (up to sixth grade) are invited to come to the Nursing Home at 115 N. Hilton in Clarksville.
There will be games, activities, and goody bags for the kids! Be sure to keep an eye out for the Easter bunny who will also be hopping around! 🐰

COLORING CONTEST!
All Preschool-6th graders are invited to enter the Easter Coloring Contest sponsored by the Clarksville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center! The coloring sheets can be printed off here or picked up from the library (Clarksville elementary students also brought them home from school last week, so check those backpacks)! 🖍 Coloring pages need to be returned to the Clarksville Public Library by Tuesday, March 31st at 5:00 pm. Happy coloring!😊
