Wow, I’ve had the pleasure of serving my community in Tennessee for the last 15+ years through recovery, rehab, and preventative services. This upcoming week marks the last week I’ll be living in the great state of TN & moving into a new chapter in life. I’ll still be practicing physical therapy, don’t worry….

As I embark upon this next phase, I’m elated to learn & serve the community of Lexington, KY using my gifts, talents, and skillset!

Kentucky where are my athletes, I’ll be looking for you!!! 👀

To all my patients/clients in TN, be on the lookout for some weekend pop ups to get you all taken care of from time to time. I love & appreciate you all so much! Cheers to closing one chapter & starting a new one…

Wow, it’s been 15 years since I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. 🙌🏾

I am blessed to be doing something I absolutely love & am passionate about on a daily basis. The goal now is to continue to mentor future DPTs to help them
achieve their career goal and for me to continue to treat those in my community to achieve their functional and mobility goals!!

Today is bittersweet day for me!

I had the pleasure of having Kayla intern with me for the last 4 months and today is her last day! She starts her journey of becoming a physical therapist next week as she begins PT school.

Kayla, you are going to be a phenomenal PT! You have a bright future. Stay the course, stay true to who you are, and continue to shine bright!

Vitality Sport & Rehab, LLC is a privately owned physical therapy practice serving the Clarksville, TN community. Vitality Sport & Rehab is a cash-based practice which means we are currently NOT affiliated with ANY insurance companies to include Medicare. This allows us the opportunity to provide the quality of care needed without the insurance companies dictating what treatments can be performed or how many visits a patient is limited to having. At Vitality Sport & Rehab, we treat a variety of orthopedic injuries with speciality in spine rehabilitation. We also offer pre-hab and post-operative rehabilitation for rotator cuff repairs, total knee/hip replacements, spinal surgeries, meniscectomy, ACL/PCL reconstruction, etc. We perform injury screenings and sports rehabilitation for active individuals and athletes. Vitality Sport & Rehab takes a special interest in treating active post-partum women with recurrent back, hip, and/or pelvic pain and the female bodybuilding population.
