It is with a heavy heart to inform our community of a significant decision that has been made regarding Capable Beginnings, LLC. After six remarkable years of serving the Clarksville, TN community, we will be closing our doors, with our last day of operation on Friday, March 15th, 2024.
This decision did not come easily. Due to a family illness that requires my full attention, I find myself in a position where I must prioritize the well-being of my loved ones. This turn of events has led me to the tough choice of stepping away from the clinic that has been a labor of love and dedication for me and our team.
Over the years, Capable Beginnings has been more than just a clinic; it has been a place of hope, growth, and support for many families. We've had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team of Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists, and our administrative support staff whose commitment to providing outstanding care has made a significant difference in the lives of the children we've served. For this, I am eternally grateful.
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to you, our valued families, for trusting us with your children's therapeutic needs. Your support, faith, and the connections we've built have been the heart and soul of Capable Beginnings. It has been a blessing and an honor to witness the strides your children have made, and I am confident they will continue to achieve great things.
To ensure a smooth transition for your child's ongoing care, we advise you to have your child's Therapy Authorization transferred to another facility as soon as possible. For assistance with this process, please call Humana Military Tricare at 1-800-444-5445.
Please note that medical records will be available for transfer until April 15th, 2024. Should you need to access these records or require any assistance during this transition period, do not hesitate to reach out to our office.
While this chapter may be closing, the memories and impacts we've made together will forever hold a special place in my heart. I wish you and your families all the best as you continue on your journeys, and I hope that the care and support you've received at Capable Beginnings will serve as a foundation for future successes.
