🤟For our guests who have been unsure about Yoga. Yin Yoga is a great place to dip your toes into the Yoga pond. Yin is the practice of cold muscles (Plainly said: don't work out ahead of Yin Yoga class, leave that for afterward). 💪 In Yin Yoga, we find compression in the bones, joints, ligaments, and tendons to rebound and get a rush and flush of fresh blood, oxygen, fluids.
