(This mostly goes to the people I've seen in the cold with summer clothes on). In weather like this it is easy to get hypothermia and frostbite. Keep yourself warm and wear appropriately insulated clothes.

Be careful around ice, it is slippery of course and can be very dangerous. Have a happy winter.
