The Hebrew definition of Ahava is “to give love”. That is exactly what our staff has done this week. They selflessly gave up their time at home with their families and the comfort of their own homes to care for our residents. I am so proud to say we never had to sacrifice the quality of care that our residents deserve. We were abundantly staffed and for that I am extremely grateful and proud! Our team has rocked out this snowstorm like no other before. They played in the snow, made the residents laugh, gave rides and bonded together to form new friendships all while doing the hardest job there is. Hang in there team we may finally get some rest when we thaw out.

We want to say a HUGE thank you to our staff that are preparing to stay close to the facility to be available to care for our residents. We have staff from every department staying away from their homes to be sure they can make it in to care for our residents. Please tell them thank you when you see them!!
