Men…check out this men’s class!!! If you’re not sure about how comfortable you would be doing yoga infront of women because you aren’t as flexible or you’re self conscious etc here is an opportunity!!!
Oh and never worry about not being flexible enough. That’s what props are for!!! Don’t compare yourself to others!!! Even my hyper mobile self uses props to stay safe!!!
Somewhere along the way, a lot of men stop moving well.
