Rise & Bloom Strong.Flow.Community for mid-life women🩷 I work with clients virtually (but I have a studio and accept clients in-person).

I help women who are tired of feeling blah embrace a life of radiance and confidence, finding their authentic glow from the inside-out. I am:
- E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP Yoga Teacher
- Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with specialty training in hormonal imbalances and currently working on a gut health specialization
- group fitness instructor passionate about making fitness accessible

The solar plexus chakra is the fire within us. Our confidence, identity, boundaries, courage, digestion, purpose. It’s the place where we stop shrinking and start trusting ourselves again.

Medusa wasn’t weak. She became the woman who could no longer be controlled.

Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5am we have the opportunity to explore strength and stability with TRX straps. While they are very beginner friendly, they certainly challenge the advanced as well.

First time drop in $10. And I promise you won’t regret it. We have fun because life is too short for bad energy.
