For residents, the award honors individuals who have led extraordinary lives, achieved significant accomplishments, or made meaningful contributions to their community, either before or during their time in long-term care. We are very proud of Beverly and her inspiring story! We are blessed that she chose Four Oaks Healthcare Center as her care provider 💚

We are the only skilled nursing facility in Washington County and only 1 of 3 in East Tennessee to currently hold this honor! We are incredibly proud of our Four Oaks team 💚
