It’s lentils, elbow noodles, and a bold, homemade sauce made from roasted beets, carrots, red bell peppers, and jalapeƱo for just the right kick. No tomatoes, no meat — just real, nourishing flavor that hugs every bite.

Good food should be easy. This is my fresh chickpea smash packed with broccoli, red pepper, jalapeƱo, and red onion. Seasoned just right with smoked paprika, turmeric, cracked black pepper, and sea salt. Nothing fake, just real plants you can trust.

A juicy portobello mushroom sandwich.
I gave the mushroom a quick sear with garlic and onions, layered in fresh greens, and put it all on simple bread.

Whatever veggies I had on hand chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, greens, chickpeas — tossed together with simple seasonings.

It’s fresh, filling, and gives my body what it needs without making dinner feel like a chore.
