Mornings donāt have to be rushed when you prep the night before. This quick mix is packed with fiber, plant protein, and natural energy ā perfect for fueling your day the MYM way!
Basic Recipe:
½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground flaxseed
Pinch of Celtic salt
1 tsp nutritional yeast (for a B-vitamin boost)
1ā2 tsp freeze-dried fruit chunks or powder
½ā1 cup water (added at night)
