Today was a day I will never forget. EVER!!!
Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Next Level Healthcare PLLC. Seeing so many friends, family members, patients, community leaders, and supporters standing in that clinic today filled my heart in ways I cannot even begin to describe.
There were many moments in my life when I never believed something like this would be possible for me. I came from humble beginnings, and the journey to get here has not been easy. But today reminded me that when God puts a vision in your heart, He also prepares the path to bring it to fruition.
This clinic is not my vision alone — this is God’s vision.
He simply chose me to build it. And build it I will!!
Next Level Healthcare PLLC was created to build something sustainable for our patients, our community, and for the Nurse Practitioner and Doctorate of Nursing Practice profession. The foundation of what we do is the Next Level Integrated Nursing Care Model, and this model will guide everything we do and why we do it.
In the coming days, I will be sharing videos explaining our care model and the services we offer, so stay tuned! We are excited to bring a one-of-a-kind primary care model to our community, while also supporting other local primary care offices through collaborative services. SPOILER ALERT: You DO NOT have to choose NLH as your primary care provider and CAN STILL SIGN UP for MANY of our services at NO CHARGE TO YOU and your p*p stays informed!!! Today was filled with blessings, family, friendships, and meaningful connections in our community. My heart is FULL!!
Next Level Healthcare is proud to partner with Justice 4 Our Kids Inc.and RONDA'S RIDES (follow us on facebook) to help connect our patients to community resources and bridge the gap to needed resources, which play a huge role in both health outcomes and patient compliance. We will continue building partnerships and relationships in our community to make sure our patients are cared for both inside and outside of our clinic.
We honor our veterans at NLH and are honored to be able to provide them care and reaources! Without their bravery and strength, this post would not be possible!
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who came out today to celebrate this moment with me. You are dear and special to me. It was a bonus to make connections with 7 new patients today who are quickly filling my schedule my first open days!! I still have appointments available, so you have some time to call, but they will fill up fast!
