CHC said farewell to our Jenn as she embarks on a new journey in her life. Jennifer put in 18 years with Country Home Care and for that we will be forever grateful!! We have been very blessed to have had her for the 18 years. We've raised our babies together, gone thru hardships and happiness. We will miss her dearly but we wish her all the best in her new adventure! We love you Jenn and our family you will ALWAYS be!!! We will cherish our memories made forever!💙
