Most people think working with a dietitian means being told what NOT to eat…

But that’s not what I do 👇

I help my clients build realistic, sustainable habits that actually fit their lives—without restriction or guilt.

If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of:
• Starting over every Monday
• Feeling out of control with food
• Trying everything and nothing working

If you’ve been told you have:
• Prediabetes
• High cholesterol
• Elevated blood pressure

There’s a lot we can do from a nutrition standpoint, and you don’t have to do it alone!

One of my favorite go-to breakfast options is this chia seed pudding! It sets the day’s tone for stable energy levels, satiety, and fiber intake 🤩 not to mention it’s full of goodies like omega 3s, antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin C. I love looking at foods from an “addition” standpoint — NOT restrictions. Food is fuel, food is medicine, food is culture. If you want to shift your mindset away from a restrictive food approach while meeting your health goals, send me a DM. I’m taking new referrals and accepting some insurances! Self pay options are available as well 🥰

Had so much fun partnering with the local YMCA today in honor of National Nutrition Month! 🥦✨

I had the opportunity to co-host a live Q&A with members, answering real-life nutrition questions and breaking down the confusion around healthy eating in a way that’s practical, realistic, and sustainable.

From fueling your workouts to building balanced meals and cutting through nutrition myths and even AI—we covered a variety of info. 🙌

Grateful for a community that’s committed to learning, growing, and prioritizing their health. 💚

If you missed it and have questions of your own, drop them below or send me a message—I’d love to keep the conversation going!

🤓When someone is working on changing their eating habits or practicing meal prep, I like to use a simple question to bring awareness to their meal:
“What colors do you see on your plate?”🤔
It may sound elementary to some, but many of my clients find it helps them. 👏🏼👏🏼 When it comes to whole foods, more color = more variety = more nutrients.
Like this fantastic quinoa bowl! Quinoa as the base, roasted chickpeas, pickled onions, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, and a lemon garlic sauce on top. Fiber, protein, carbohydrates, fats, water, micronutrients, loads of color, and FLAVOR 🤤 if you’d like the recipe or are interested in working together towards your health goals, DM me! 🫶

🍇 Celebrating the art and science of nutrition as a Registered Dietitian today! 🍍
Many don’t realize the education and training required to become a Registered Dietitian, or what our scope of practice entails. 🧐 To become a Registered Dietitian, one must undergo:
✳️ Completion of a Master’s degree through an accredited nutrition and dietetics program
✳️ At least 1,000 hours of supervised practice across multiple settings
✳️ Passing a national board examination
✳️ Applying for state licensure to practice Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in said state
✳️ & At least 75 hours of continuing education credits are required every 5 years (more for those who practice with a specialization!)
🤓 We are able to safely provide therapeutic and medical nutrition support to prevent, manage, and treat diseases and chronic conditions
🤓 We work with individuals who need specialized enteral or parenteral nutrition (tube feeding or nutrition delivered intravenously)
🤓 We provide evidence-based nutrition counseling tailored to individual health needs
🤓 We translate complex nutrition science into practical, sustainable habits
And so much more! At the end of the day, people and nutrition are at the heart of what we do💗
