✨💛 At AIM Supports, our DSPs set the Gold Standard. 💛✨

During DSP Appreciation Week, we’re celebrating the incredible people who make inclusion and dignity a reality every day.

Our Direct Support Professionals don’t just show up—they meet each person where they are. Whether in their homes, neighborhoods, or communities, our DSPs bring patience, kindness, and respect that truly set them apart. 🌟

We are proud to honor the heart of AIM Supports—our DSPs—and grateful for the impact they make every single day.

🌟AIM had an
AIM-azing time! 🌟
A HUGE thank you to David Richmond and the incredible crew at Tillamook County Community Developmental Disabilities Program for inviting us to your annual picnic! 🧺☀️

We laughed, we played some B-ball and corn hole, watched some rising karaoke stars and most importantly—we got to connect with some truly awesome individuals. Your team’s warmth and energy made us feel right at home. 💙

Already counting down the days until our next event together—let’s do it again soon! 🙌🎉

About AIM

Mission:

“AIM IS DEDICATED TO RESPECTFULLY SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS WHO EXPERIENCE INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN LIVING A DIGNIFIED LIFE OF FULFILLMENT, IN BOTH HOME AND COMMUNITY”

We are a small agency, established in April of 2017. We support individuals who experience both intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in both their home and communities, with two homes in the Clatskanie/Rainier, Oregon area.

We pride ourselves on our outstanding care and work very hard to make sure that the staff we hire are both appropriate for the homes and people we serve - along with being a great fit with the other staff we have.
