Evans Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Practice Manager to lead daily operations for our physician office practices. This key leadership role oversees scheduling, billing & collections, staff management, compliance, and strategic planning—all while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional patient care to our community.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality
✔ Manage billing, collections, and third-party payer processes
✔ Support providers, staff, and patients with professionalism and compassion
✔ Lead staff scheduling, evaluations, orientation, and education
✔ Develop and implement departmental policies & performance improvement initiatives
✔ Participate in strategic planning and budgeting
✔ Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and organizational standards
Qualifications:
• RN or LPN required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a physician office setting
• Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, CPT, and ICD-9
• Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills
• Intermediate computer and workflow management abilities
