Now hiring full and part time Direct Support Professionals to support (caretaker) intellectually disabled adults in our residential facilities in the Gladstone, MO area. Duties include: light housekeeping, cooking basic meals, passing medications, assisting individuals with all areas of daily activity, and transporting individuals throughout the community. Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour, $17.00 per hour on weekends, plus mileage reimbursement when transporting, and annual retention bonuses.

Must be caring, reliable, and able to think on your feet. Must possess a high school diploma or GED and must be able to pass a background check. Some positions require a valid driver's license, and vehicle with insurance.

No experience necessary, we will provide all the required paid training.

Full time employees receive paid time off-
-7 paid holidays per year
-6 personal leave days per year
-One week of paid vacation upon completion of one year of employment / two weeks upon completion of two years

Full time employees can purchase group health insurance upon completion of a probationary period. Dental and vision insurance is offered at no cost to all full-time employees

Upon eligibility, full and part time employees may participate in our 401k retirement plan with an employer match contribution.

We believe individuals should not only get out into the community, but we encourage individuals to be part of their community. We encourage and assist individuals in reaching to obtain their hopes and dreams. We assist individuals to find employment, attend a Day Program, do volunteer work, join Special Olympics, or anything that will assist them to grow to their fullest potential.

The individuals homes are well-kept, comfortable and are adapted to the those who live there.
