We LOVE our clients and we HATE that we even need a cancellation policy! This has been our policy since we opened and this is sent to everyone in their reminder emails prior to their appointments, but we wanted to refresh everyone's memory just in case!

We understand that some emergencies occur that prevent your from letting us know about your cancellation. We value you as a client and know things 'just happen' sometimes. Please try and let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Please know that it can be EXTREMELY difficult for us to re-book that time slot within 24 hours if you happen to cancel.
