I am so excited to announce that Gershone & Gina will be performing at the Spring Retreat!

Based out of Atlanta, they will be fresh off their European Tour and will be offering “Ecstatic Chants ~ Mantra Music Experience” on Friday evening of the retreat (the night of the Full Moon!)

They will also be performing Thursday night for our fireside jam sesh!

Merging raw and edgy with sublime and transcendent, G&G’s uniquely soul-stirring, nectar-filled, high energy mantra music will open, inspire, and transform you!

This participatory experience features original music with mantra chants in Sanskrit and English with kirtan-style call and response to vibrate these healing sounds within and collectively. Participants are encouraged to dance and sing and celebrate with sound!

Join Leah and Katie for a song circle of original songs and sacred mantras to honor the changing of the seasons.

We will then enjoy a gong bath with the didgeridoo and koshi chimes.

The Fuller Dome is known for its special acoustics and is a must try experience for those who love sound and vibration.

Leah has been hosting events at the Dome since 2017 and is always honored to be in this awesome inspiring structure to play the gong and share her voice.

She is joined by Katie who shares her love of music at festivals and events throughout the greater Saint Louis area! Her soulful tones always strike a chord deep within.

In these past two weeks I have done sessions in almost all of my offerings!
I provided
-therapeutic massage
-myofascial release
-lymphatic masssge
-scar tissue removal
-prenatal massage (I have a new pillow that allows pregnant women to lay on their bellies and the two women I saw were so comfortable and happy to be able to lay down!)
-shadow work session
-numerology session
-corporate chair massage

+ today I am hosting another small party with numerology readings, stations like massage with me, making essential oil rollers, ionic foot diffuser and the infrared lamp in the zero gravity massage chair, and ending with a breathwork meditation and gong bath!

I love hosting these private parties for friends or coworkers!

I love that I have honed my skills in many different areas and can offer a variety of services. I am never bored and love all facets of what I do!

Now if someone wants to schedule a vibrational raindrop technique session (includes tuning forks and pure essential oils) then I would have everything covered lol.

These are just short little blurbs of deep and extensive thoughts that I have, so if there’s any points that you’d like to discuss further, please reach out 💕🙏

-Feeling competitive with your students/others- accusing others of stealing your ideas because of a scarcity mindset (Competition vs Cooperation )

-The concept of New Age spirituality versus being spiritually oriented.

-Focusing more on spiritual gifts (6th chakra) than awakening/consciousness (7th chakra)
Spiritual gifts don’t equal consciousness. Spiritual gifts don’t equal awareness.

-The proliferation of events aimed at healing that are capitalizing on people’s unworthiness.

-Drama bonding and trauma bonding in the spiritual community.

-The subconscious need to stay unhealed because that’s how you connect with people and all your friends are at these events.

-Adopting other peoples traumas when you hear them because they happened to you even if they weren’t traumatic for you.

-The second hand trauma we experience from hearing so many people’s stories

-Compassion fatigue not being addressed more and that one must be expected to hold space for others whenever they need.

-Expecting “Spiritual” People to act a certain way

-Not having enough events for people to connect through joy only through their pain and their stories

The one main thing I was feeling into was this idea of people becoming addicted to healing. Addicted to the catharsis that happens in the circles. Addicted to being heard. And then at the same time, not integrating any work outside of these circles. Being spiritual and doing healing work was only happening at certain times of the week or certain times of the year at retreats for people and no “work” was being done otherwise.

Ultimately this leads to the same pattern happening over and over and the same story being shared over and over because it isn’t being wholly addressed.

I shared a post once labeling all the toxic spirituality things I had been noticing. Seeing so many of these things in our own spiritual community, has really made me pull back in many ways.

As for the meme, I have been talking about this concept with people for MONTHS and finally this meme clarified everything I have been trying to say in 11 words or less. 😂😉

Here is the list I made previously with some things added.

-Good vibes only culture

-Magical thinking

-Martyr Syndrome

-Savior or Helper Syndrome (Lightworkers, Gridworkers)

-Keeping the Peace over Keeping it Real

-Negating Emotions vs Processing Emotions

-Spiritual Ego “thinking of others as higher or lower consciousness than you”

-Compulsion vs Commitment

-Spiritual Materialism - Needing the nicest yoga mat, crystals, decorations etc

-Using Spirituality to amass wealth without giving back.

-Using Spirituality as a marketing tool.

-Thinking you are better than others (or thinking others are “bad”) because you don’t eat meat, drink, smoke ma*****na, watch TV, listen to the radio etc while they do.

-Thinking you know the “right” way so much so that you try to teach people your ways.

-Making spirituality scalable

-Not speaking up in the spiritual community because it’s not “graceful”.
(Think about how often we say well why didn’t anyone say anything. How big and how bad does it have to get before it’s is not ungraceful to speak up?)

-Using your radiance and knowing as a teacher to manipulate or exploit your students and others sexually, emotionally, or for their free work or ideas

This is Ashaleah’s 9th year hosting this workshop on New Year’s Day and every year it evolves and grows! 🔥

We will perform a few exercises for Creativity, discuss how to identify limiting belief systems and set intentions that are sustainable and aligned with our Soul.

The workshop will conclude with a cleansing Sound Bath that includes the gong and chimes. Each participant will also receive Sonic Massage with singing bowls placed on the body for cleansing and clearing.

Full Moon Sound Bath with Ashaleah + LIVE music with Katie Heinz

Sunday, Dec 15 - 6pm

This special class honors the last full moon of the year related to release and clearing. We will chant specific mantras for deep seated subconscious blocks with Live Music with Katie Heinz.

Come replenish yourself during this potent phase of the lunar cycle. We will perform a meditation specifically suggested for the Full Moon intended to raise our awareness. We will then relax completely on our backs for an hour long Gong Bath with Crystal Bowls and Chimes + the Didgeridoo with Katie Heinz. This will reset your Glandular System which is under extra pressure and reset your baseline to handle extra stress with repeated attendance during the time of the Full Moon.

Yoga Mats, Bolsters and Blankets provided however please bring anything you need to make yourself completely comfortable!
