Reset and ready your body and mind as we enter into the fall season through yoga and healing at a peaceful nearby homestead! Led by Victoria, and hosted at The Homestead at Little Creek

This limited-space event is for you if you are looking for a moment for yourself to reset your mind and body or a supportive environment with personalized instruction and healing attention.

We’ll enjoy gentle (asana) yoga, calming sound bowl healing, and a tea circle around the fire. You’ll leave with a recharged sense of your purpose and energy — ready to take on winter and all the busy life that the holidays bring!
