Hosted by Victory Power Yoga with the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, this immersive training blends Ta***ic Hatha wisdom with modern stress-reduction practices. Learn posture, breathwork, meditation, mantra, visualization, and skillful prop use to support deep rest and healing—for yourself and your students.
