🌟Happy Holidays🌟
Hi my loves: first off, sorry I’ve been away from you. I’ve been taking some needed time off, which is my first priority for my family.
I want you all to know how much I appreciate each of you as both a dedicated client, as well as a beautiful being. I am so fortunate and thankful to have crossed paths with you in my business career. I have countless magical moments of connections through JillErin Essentials, ones that will never be forgotten.
As I push through my crazy season of Life, I will be taking time out to refresh and refine myself as well as my sweet lil business. Sadden to close the JE Yoga Loft at the end of 2022, but I know it was a very special and sacred stepping stone for something else to come my way. Please be patient and look forward to the future with me, to much brighter beginnings. Enjoy special time with your loved ones and hold them tight, always let them know how much they mean to you.

Now that you know that an important aspect of a women’s circle is reconnecting with your intuitive wisdom…

Why is this important and what happens when we do this?

The more we tune into this voice, the louder it becomes.

We begin to hear it over the other voice of ego + fear.
We learn to be more discerning in what is actually for our highest good rather than what we think we should be doing, where we think we should be or how we think we should be acting.

How often do we “should” all over ourselves throughout the day?

Beating ourselves up, comparing ourselves or making decisions that we KNOW are not meant for us but we are either too afraid or too lost to see any other alternative.

When we commit to exploring our inner landscape and cultivating a connection with our intuitive wisdom, we see through the bu****it.

We make choices that align with who we truly are and we become more confident in expressing our truth to ourselves, to our community and to the world.

When we come together in Circle, we open the channels + allow the space for a direct experience with our intuition to flow through.

Sound
Even before verbal language, humans have used sound and song for healing, communicating and creating community. Bone flutes have been discovered that date back to 45,000 BC; the ancient Greeks used zithers and harps to calm & entertain. While the ancient practitioners may not have languaged the concepts of brain wave entrainment or the parasympathetic nervous system, they knew that Sound, used in deliberate and intentional ways, could calm a person to the point that their innate ability to self-heal activates.

Ceremony
Like shared song & intentional sound, the practice of creating and participating in Ceremony dates back 10's of thousands of years; it is a basic human instinct. We are social creatures; gathering together for moments of silence and reverence is at the very core of being human in relationship to others (both human and other than human). Ceremony reflects our beliefs, hopes, traditions, culture, and spirituality while creating a container for belonging and amplifying our intentions.

I humbly offer Sound Ceremony. A modality that combines the two for a deep and meaningful experience. Guided by Instruments from around the world, each person that is present co-creates the special container that we all use as a collective pathway into our deeper selves and our collective healing.

What is available to you at a women’s circle…

You are invited to awaken to the wisdom within you as well as around you.
You receive the magic of yourself, of nature and of the powerful circle of women.

When we access this insight + allow it to move through us, we are better able to know who we truly are, express ourselves more authentically, and feel more comfortable in our own skin.

We remember that we are sacred, divine beings and powerfully magical co-creators with the Universe.

We tune into the unified whole that we are part of, shedding the wound of separation that has caused us to be divided from ourselves, from each other and from nature.

We call back our power, our beauty, our magic.

We begin to shift our lives so that the joy, love, and radiant abundance that we are experiencing and witnessing on the inside, is reflected to us on the outside, in our external reality.

So what exactly is a women’s circle?

Now that Alessandra Mary of is offering these events at my studio in the we wanted to highlight what they are and why they're important...

Women’s circles are a community healing experience that provides connection, authentic expression, empowerment, inspiration and conscious, intentional living.

They’re an opportunity for intuitive exploration and heartfelt expression, where we come together in a sacred ceremony.

Inherent in our DNA, gathering in Circle is a part of our ancient ancestral lineages. As women, we have a magnificent ability to heal one another simply by paying witness, listening to and receiving each other with an open + accepting heart.

It’s nothing less than magic.

Some purposes + benefits:
Feeling the warm embrace of true connection.
Being witnessed in all our messiness and imperfection.
Sharing our human experience to recognize we aren’t alone.
Having the space to speak truths openly and authentically.
Feeling seen and heard.
Showing up for our sacred self.
Honing our intuitive wisdom.
Allowing the gift of coming back to our true self.
Reclaiming our wild, untamed nature.

It’s a space of coming home to yourself.

Each month will be centered around a certain theme that aligns with the energy of that cycle. Together we will explore the essential medicine of each theme and how we can weave into our everyday lives.

This is your chance to become aware of how to live in rhythm with the cycles + seasons of nature, take ownership for what you want to create in your life and to commit to the actions, thoughts and behaviors necessary to get you there.
