Today I get the privilege to co- lead a kids retreat!!!

Super excited because I love working with kids!!!

I even have a super fun 8 year old client that I get to see often. We have the BEST time playing and using our imaginations to navigate mental health and life, cause LIFE BE LIFE👏ING!

(I do have mom’s permission and my clients permission to post this pic.)

If anyone is ever interested in services for their child, I would be honored to work with them. You can stay for the session as well!

We will dance it out, write stories, create art, do some light energy work and process emotions and life together. We may even run in the yard with bubbles! 🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧🫧

Come see me for a talk it out session, or an intuitive soul lead healing session!

Talk it out sessions are $30 per hour
Traditional Reiki is $60
Intuitive soul led healing is $85

We test drove her with clients today, and she has mostly been the goodest girl!! 🐾

I AM co-leading a Women’s Retreat in Cape Charles, VA on June 28th in 1️⃣ of my favorite places on EARTH🌍, Cape Charles, VA.

It’s a day retreat!!!!

Led by a 3️⃣Trio3️⃣ of Women 3️⃣🙋‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️, we will create, hold and guide you gently as you connect with Mind, Body & Spirit🧠🧍‍♀️ 👐through the elements of Water, Earth, Air & Fire. 🌊🌏🌬️🔥

After the retreat, we encourage 💕 donations, and it is our heart that you would contribute as a co-creater with us all, as we believe all women deserve to honor themselves with this embodied living soul medicine. 🎶

FUN FACT TIME:

Cape Charles is PURE MAGIC in so many ways, too many to list, and what I find MOST AWE-INSPIRING is that it was FORMED by the Chesapeake Bay Impact Crater approx 35 million years ago. The world’s sixth largest impact crater was created when a two to three mile wide asteroid ☄️ or comet ☄️ splashed into a shallow sea 🌊 and shattered Earth’s 🌏crust. Debris shot up and everything within 600 miles was killed💀. A crater formed, centered about eighteen miles east of Yorktown, near the town of Cape Charles, Virginia. Debris from the impact has been identified as far away as the Caribbean Sea.😳😳😳

I had an absolutely amazing session with a client today.

Y’all… let me tell you—it’s your spirit, your subconscious, that speaks to mine. It tells me exactly what you’re ready to release.

Your spirit will only reveal what it’s time to let go of and grow through.
