Cynthia Pratt, D.D.S. Our office is located in Clayton, NC, and we provide general dentistry for the entire family. She founded her practice in Clayton, NC, in 2005.

Dr. Cynthia Pratt is a graduate of UNC Dental School at Chapel Hill. After practicing several years as an associate dentist, she decided to start her own practice. Dr. Pratt lives in Clayton with her husband, Malcolm, and 2 children, Bryce and Jaden.

It's hard to believe that 3 years ago today we spent our last day on this earth with you. We know that you are with our Father in Heaven and we will be reunited one day. Many things have changed over the past 3 years but the one thing that remains constant is the love in our hearts for you. We still miss you everyday but may we continue to remember you and may your surround us with love and ladybugs!! Love you dear friend. 💜💜💕🌺

Valentine's Day always brings me special memories of Dr. Pratt. Every year she surprised us each with a little gift to show her love. She had a special way of showing us love not only as employees but as dear friends too. Happy Valentine's Day in heaven. 💜
