FEELING AND HEALING
With a goal of healing the bruise that led you to use, come to this group to find support in living life without substances. Each week the group covers one of several topics that address coping skills to deal with whatever life brings your way. Clients can learn how to create healthy relationships, thinking patterns, behaviors, and process emotions that best support their recovery.
PROTECTING MY PEACE / HEALTHY BOUNDARIES / SELF-CARE
Clients will be empowered to learn how to set realistic guidelines in their personal life to promote recovery, strong relationships, and harmony in the dimensions of wellness (physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, personal, and professional!).
EARLY RECOVERY
This group is motivated by Passion, Power and Purpose to sustain recovery and relapse. This group will allow you to be free to discuss challenges, stressors and triggers. The group will focus on HOPE, supportive relationships and connectedness, WHO ARE YOU (your identity) and develop healthy coping strategies. Empowerment, Assist, Resilience, and Love You.
A WOMAN’S WAY THROUGH THE 12 STEPS
Based on the program designed by Stephanie S. Covington, Ph.D., which recognizes that women’s recovery differs from men’s recovery in several ways, and that each person’s journey is unique. This group will help us explore the female experiences that have shaped who we are, and will highlight how each of the Twelve Steps speaks to a woman’s experience. This group seeks to empower women to take ownership of their own recovery process, and to grow and flourish in sobriety.
