I haven’t posted anything in a bit. I’ve been healing through some major stuff. To sit with your darkness, acknowledge it, wrap it (and you) fully in love, release your fears surrounding the circumstance/s (there is fear found there…dig for it) and I promise it lifts. Cathartic release is possible. Peace is real. You can find it.
