Emily’s Yoga for Chilling Out is rescheduled for this Sunday, 5-7pm! You will learn about the cooling practices in yoga—restorative poses and Ayurvedic suggestions to keep cool during our remaining hot days of summer. Our Just For Beginners series starts next week! This is a great way to try out yoga for the first time or jump back in if you haven’t practiced in a while. We will have 3 Just For Beginners classes each week.

Tuesdays at 7pm w/ Emily
Wednesdays at 10am w/ Veronica
Sundays at 10am w/ Kelly
