Frequently found conditions include: nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, presbyopia (age-induced near blur), amblyopia (lazy eye), strabismus (crossed or wall-eyes), dry eyes, eye infections, glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. If you are under 18, or over 60, or have a family history of eye disease, crossed/lazy eye, glaucoma or diabetes, you - and your family members - should be seen yearly.
