Tonight at 6:30 PM marks my final class teaching at a space that has held so much growth, connection, and heart for me as well as many others. I’m incredibly grateful for every breath, every flow, and every soul who shared the mat with me along the way. I will always be eternally grateful for the teachers that have been a part of this awesome True North community and have uplifted and inspired me for five years.

As one chapter gently closes a new exciting one begins. I’m so excited to see this new evolution for our community as we become .co expanding, growing, and continuing to build something beautiful together.

I would love for you to join me tonight as we honor the journey and welcome what’s ahead!!

⭐️The POWER of I Am ⭐️

Intention Setting & the Power of I Am!

Many of us feel the spark of change as we move into the new calendar year, but if resolutions seem unnatural and laced with self contempt, you are not alone! A potent alternative is intention setting; think less pressure, more grace, and a self-love fueled approach to making adjustments in the life you want to create. This metamorphosis can begin by bringing awareness to what we proclaim after saying “I am” two words that affirm who we are and what we are evolving into, but as with all of life mindfulness is key! All too often we use those words to reaffirm stress, anger, or other negative mindsets without even realizing what we are doing.

in the 75 minute class, you will learn about intention setting and how to bring the life you desire by practicing the words that come after I am you will be given journal prompts for future reflection and Jessica will also lead a special 30 minute meditation to help you tune into the timeless part of you .

There will be light movement and an opportunity for writing so bring your journal. Everyone is welcome!

Welcome the new year not with noise but with presence. On New Year’s Day at 10:00 AM join us for a warm vinyasa, slow flow and meditative sound bath. This class is designed to gently awaken the body quiet the mind and create space for clarity and renewal.

We will move slowly and intentionally in a cozy warm room releasing what no longer serves us and settle into a deeply restorative sound bath that invites, rest reflection and a reset for your nervous system.

This is your moment to pause… to breathe and to step into the new year grounded rested and clear.

Start the year aligned from the inside out!
All levels welcome!
