We are excited to share that Dover Home Health has earned CHAP Accreditation from the Community Health Accreditation Partner, Inc. CHAP! This accreditation reflects our adherence to the CHAP Hospice Standards of Excellence and confirms that we meet the Medicare Conditions of Participation, solidifying our status as a certified Medicare provider.

With this accreditation, Dover Home Health becomes the second sector under Dover Health to achieve CHAP Accreditation, following Dover Hospice's accreditation earlier this August.

We are excited to share that Community Health Accreditation Partner, Inc., CHAP , announced today that Dover Hospice MO STL Metro, LLC has been awarded CHAP Accreditation under the CHAP Hospice Standards of Excellence. This accreditation also deems that Dover Hospice meets the Medicare Conditions of Participation and is a certified Medicare provider.

"Receiving CHAP Accreditation is a significant milestone for Dover Hospice,” stated Brandy Pratt, Vice President of Hospice at Dover Health. "It underscores our dedication to providing the highest standard of care to our patients and their families and validates the hard work and commitment of our entire team."
