Southeast Aesthetic + Wellness (formally known as Southeast Medspa) was opened in Clayton, NC in 2009 by Angel Turlington. Angel is a Nurse Practitioner who has a passion for women in health care, but wanted to expand her services to aesthetics after becoming certified as one of the few RNs in NC to provide Botox in 2006. Since opening, our aesthetic and wellness facility has grown to be in the top 5% in the NATION for Botox and injectable therapies. Southeast has a staff of Registered Nurses, skin care gurus, and wellness experts. Our professionals, as well as state of the art equipment for clinical skin, health, and antiaging services are ready to help you reach your goals.
