Taking a minute today to explain the Empowered Wellness logo.
This flower represents growth, healing, and becoming. It isn't fully bloomed and that's the point. Therapy creates space for that growth to happen.

Your nervous system isn’t “overreacting”, it’s protecting you.

Fight, flight, freeze, and fawn are survival responses. They show up differently, but underneath them is usually the same core need: safety.

When we understand what’s underneath the behavior, we can respond with compassion instead of shame.

A little over a month into seeing clients in my own practice and here's the truth:
It's stretching me.
It's teaching me.
It's confirming that l'm exactly where l'm supposed to be.
What an absolute blessing to be living my dream. Thankful for the clients who show up and trust me each day.

Play is a child's natural language. Toys are their words. Through play, kids can process big emotions they might not have the language for yet. The goal is to help children feel safe, understood, and EMPOWERED! All while building emotional awareness and coping skills.
