Body-work, Spirit-work, Artistry & Crafting.

As a massage therapist with over ten years experience, and a lifelong artist and indigenous practitioner, Spirit-Hands is my endeavor to share these passions. Body-work is about creating a space and time apart from pain and discomfort for the body to self-correct. My approach to massage is breath-centric, using slow and methodical touch to apply both clinical and intuitive techniques for measurable results. Spirit-work is a matter of reclaiming one’s own clarity, inner strength, and tranquility through sacred ritual. This could be incorporated into massage as energy work, visions, messages, drumming, rattling, or separately as with card readings, power animal retrieval, facilitating ceremonies, cleansings and blessings. Artistry and Crafting is a celebration of inspiration, creativity, and beauty. Spirit-Hands encompasses all denominations, all peoples, all spirits, and honors all walks of life in the pursuit of peace, love, and wholeness.
