I’ve been using a new massage tool to assist with my regular table massages, it has this ability to gently but efficiently break up the muscle tension. This technique is called Gua Sha, but if you google that it isn’t the same thing. The ancient style features more petechia; my aim is not to cause that affect, however it does occasionally occur if there is a lot stored in that muscle group!
