As 2025 comes to a close, Erin would like to thank her clients for coming in and supporting her business. Means the absolute world to her. She's excited to continue growing her business and learning new ideas to be able to give you all the best care!

January 3rd, 2026 marks 8 YEARS that we have been on this journey together, and every single person who has trusted me to work with them and their energy is forever imprinted within my heart. It was easier for me to make a “quick” video regarding why I had to cancel this entire week of clients.

It is longer than I anticipated, partially due to my slower speech, and even though I tried to be as linear and cohesive as possible, I know this wasn't the case.

So here's the cliff notes/tldr version:

I had a severe panic attack the night of July 3rd, and have spent the last week in my house and on the couch. The post-attack effects I've been experiencing have been all encompassing, from physical symptoms like how even though I've slept and overslept as my body recovers, I'm still beyond fatigued. And the cluster migraines, painful muscles as the overload of released lactic acid leaves my body. Mental effects like brain fog, memory issues, speech changes. More discussed in the video.

I've left the house only to go to the doctor (I couldn't even drive myself) in which we figured out I've been in a state of nervous breakdown for awhile but the panic attack really was the “aha” moment in a way.

I don't know how things will look going forward, and I'm scared about that. But this unfortunately has been brewing for awhile and my body finally said enough is enough.

Can't have a breakthrough without the break I suppose.

I'm physically getting better, but please continue to have patience with me as I navigate this time.

➡️This is my third time raising my prices since 2018, and the decision never gets easier! Thank you all for your understanding, your trust, and for allowing me to be a part of your care team! ♡

➡️As a reminder: I closed my books to new clients in September 2022. At this time, I am still unable to take on new clients, as my schedule does not have space to accommodate any more regulars right now. Should this change in the future, I will update everyone!

➡️My next little video that I am sharing soon is a website/ scheduling incident that happened last month, and I'm now ready to discuss it publicly.

My journey began at 11ish p.m. and a total of 1,586 miles to my destination of Arizona. So far, I've driven through most of Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and I just entered Oklahoma a bit ago. I've still got Texas, New Mexico, and finally Phoenix to venture through. Only 12 hours left to go😅
Tomorrow is the International Impact Book Award ceremony and gala, and I am fortunate to attend due to the award I received back in May. Growing Pains won the category of Death, Grief, and Loss poetry. The first half of Saturday is a conference with fellow award winners and authors, then it's time to ✨️razzle dazzle✨️and not be an awkward mess in front of cameras and on stage. The adventure continues. ♡

Just a reminder to my lovely massage clients: I won't be back in the studio until Tuesday, so please await any correspondence until then :) thank you

We are all so pumped for our 5 year celebration tomorrow! There will be many giveaways and raffles, good food and drinks, but most importantly... all of our beautiful smiles waiting to greet you:)

I'll have a small variety of herbal compresses to give away, along with some wonderful self-care goodie bags. They were a hit at my book release party back in April, and I know you all will love them too!

I have been sitting on two huge announcements and I'm ready to announce the first!

Before October 2023, the world of state, national, and world massage championships was not on my radar at all. I had no idea they existed! I signed up on a whim, just being led by intuition (or head first Aries fire power lol) and competed in my first state championship. Thanks to schwantes organizing the first SD Tri/Quad State Championships back in March (South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota)!

It was nerve-wracking, eye-opening, and especially confidence boosting! These past few years, I've been on a journey of coming back to life and saying yes to living again. It was difficult to do at first and is still very uncomfortable at times, but opening myself up to the world again has been exciting, insightful, and full of copious adventures and wonderful opportunities.

☀️After that little novel, are you ready for the announcement? My kiddos have known, my clients have known, now I'm “publicly” sharing that in 10 days, I'll be making the 15ish hour drive to North Carolina to participate in the American Massage Championships and World Massage Festival! It will be my first time ever at both events! For AMC, I'm competing in Thai (placed first at State Championships back in March, currently ranked 5th) and I'll also be competing in Eastern Freestyle. The second season USAMC rankings have me at 57th out of 229 participants! AMC is July 12-14th and WMF is July 15th -18th.☀️

I'm so ready to continue challenging myself, learning a plethora of information to bring back to my Massage studio and elsewhere, and this time to network with so many Massage therapists traveling from all over the country and the world!

I'll try to update more as it gets a little closer, but now you know :)
