Happy mama’s day Judi Hogan Bookhamer! Thanks for, ya know, giving me life and stuff. This is the woman behind the chiro and the best mama I’ve ever had. A bigger cheerleader, there’s a handful. A kinder soul, there are few. A better mother, there is none.

I hope you all take a moment to cherish or honor your mothers today. After all, they gave you life. And with life, health. And to quote one of my favorite movies: “if you haven’t got your health, you haven’t got anything.”

The price I pay for taking a vacation this past week is a systemic breakdown on my first day back. All of my systems are down, and so I need to postpone all of today’s appointments.

I’d call you all personally, but I can’t access my scheduler to do so.

Hello all! I don’t do sappy very well, so I’ll keep this brief.

Today marks two years since our opening. Two. Years. It has been an absolute honor to serve such a wonderful community in such a powerful profession. I owe a great deal of thanks to every single one of you that has either been in these doors or helped to construct them.

Like any new adventure, the inception of Upper 90 was a giant leap. One expects to stumble, gather one’s bearings and trudge forward. But to say that we landed gracefully and immediately went into a sprint would win Understatement of the Year.

And that’s all thanks to you.

You all have had a profound impact on my life, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

I look forward to continued service and to meeting even more of you in the future!

Hello all! It’s been awhile since we’ve posted anything, but thankfully it’s due to serving such an awesome community! We’re so thankful for all the support we’ve received thus far, and look forward to continued service! Just wanted to update you on our new SUMMER hours (hopefully saying summer before June 21st brings some good juju with regards to the weather)! Our new hours beginning JUNE 1st are as follows:

Monday: 9-6
Tuesday: 11-4
Wednesday: 9-6
Thursday: CLOSED
Friday: 9-7
Saturday/Sunday: CLOSED

Between 2007 and 2017, 277,491 patients with disc herniations were managed with non-operative treatments. 269,713 of those were successful and avoided surgery (97.0%).

“Furthermore, a cost analysis indicated that patients who failed nonoperative treatments billed for nearly double ($1718/patient) compared to patients who were successfully treated ($906/patient).”

Question everything. Be annoying. Put us on the spot. It’s your body, and it’s your health. Whether it’s through chiropractic, physical therapy, naturopathics, or any other field, as a wise man once said, “if you haven’t got your health, you haven’t got anything!”

Good morning all!

Just wanted to update you all on our precautions and protocols regarding the COVID-19 situation and how it impacts your care in our office.

Our goal is to continue to see and treat patients as scheduled and as needed, since chiropractic care is essential to your health and nervous system function; especially in supporting your immune system.

With that in mind, we will continue to practice universal precautions, which includes complete disinfection of all surfaces as well as sterilization of all instruments and tools. Our waiting room and public spaces will be cleaned frequently to ensure a clean and safe environment for all of our patients. Dr. Corey will be exercising usual hand sanitation & hand washing protocols between patients and throughout the day. We encourage you to wash your hands prior to entering our clinic and again after you leave to minimize your risk and that of others.

We will also be spacing out the schedule, as to limit patient interaction as much as possible. As soon as the CDC, ADA and other regulatory bodies identify it as safe to do so, we will resume regular scheduling protocols. We pride ourselves on always keeping the office clean, but are taking extra measures as advised by the CDC and ADA to ensure more robust precautions are in place to successfully limit the spread of COVID-19.

If you have any signs of fever or respiratory illness or if you have travelled internationally in the last four weeks, please call the office. If you are an immuno-compromised patient, please let us know and we will accommodate our schedule to treat you during non-peak times to decrease your exposure risk. Of course, should you need to cancel your appointment, we totally understand.

We encourage you to take action to support your immune system during this time. Get adjusted, eat fresh produce, stay well-hydrated, and get plenty of rest. Your body is designed to resist disease, and we’re here to support that resistance!

Chiropractic is SO MUCH MORE than just relieving back pain! This study, among others, brings to the table the validation that we’ve known for some time, and that chiropractic and neurology go hand in hand. 100% of the patients that received chiropractic care completed this trial from start to finish. Quite frankly, that just doesn’t happen. Ever. 100% retention compared to 50% retention of those who received “standard addiction treatments.” That’s bananas!

Hello all! We are officially up and running! We apologize for the delay, but we had a final few hurdles to get sorted before we were fully prepared to serve this awesome community through chiropractic! We are so excited to serve, and will be at your disposal to the max! We will be doing a more formal grand opening in the week or so to come, but with everything now in place, WE COULDN’T WAIT!

We will also be ordering MORE SHIRTS, as we have had quite a few of you ask us about them!

Just a reminder, our hours will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00am-2:00pm and 3pm-6pm.

Tuesday is open from 11am-5pm.

We will be closed Thursdays.
