Hi, everyone! Please take a second to sign and share this petition that we started. We are doing this to show possible investors, grants, and contracts that people both need and want Little Red Riding Hood, Inc. We would really love to see at least 1,000 signature. The video posted yesterday was viewed 3,700 times but only got is 38 signatures. If everyone who sees this signs in shares I know we will get our minimum goal of a thousand! We are incredibly honored that Calvary U.M. Church sent us a donation! The support from this community is why I don't give up. We have developed everything on our own, with our own money. The AI Dispatcher, the app, the website, the dual-dash cameras, everything. Now we need money for the liability insurance, something we have been trying to raise funds for, trying to get investors (I have traveled as far as NYC to meet with interested investors), and just doing everything we can to get us to where we can do this full time. We received a call this afternoon from a nurse at Penn Highlands hospital about a senior who couldn't get a ride home; and she only lived 2 miles away 😱. She stated that they had been trying all day with no success. Thank you to the lovely nurses at Penn Highlands Healthcare in Clearfield who were so kind to us and Mary! It was an honor to give her a ride. To see the relief on her face when we showed up to take her home is a reminder of just how important what we are doing is. Fingers crossed as we have entered the Ben Franklin Technology Partners/Central and Northern PA Big Idea Contest on businesses/ideas/startups that solve issues the aging population faces. We are hoping our AI Dispatcher, app, website, and being the first of its kind as Transportation Network Company for seniors will help us stand out! If you love what we do, we do have a GoFundMe to try to raise funds in order to do this full time (I do it entirely free right now while working other jobs). We received a call from Mount Laurel Rehabilitation Center yesterday about how a senior couldn't get home. Luckily we had some availability and we were able to pick him up today and take him home safe and sound! Issues like this are common place and cost both the senior (or their family) and the rehabilitation center astronomical money! Not just because of them having to stay longer due to not having a ride but having to pay either a third party, like a taxi service, or buy a bus and pay for extra employees. The average daily loss to facilitates like this is over $500 A DAY! Not to mention, the cost to the senior whose already on a strict budget. Together we can fix all these issues. We are entering a contest from Ben Franklin Technology Partners/Central and Northern PA with hopes of winning their grand prize! It's enough to cover our insurance and get us off the ground! The app will be out soon, it was delayed due to our Chief Technology Officer's computer being down for the count for the past few weeks. Remember, spread the word if you cannot donate as we continue to fight to get off the ground!
