All aboard the Polar Express! 🚂❄️ We had an incredible Christmas party as we journeyed to the North Pole. We sipped hot chocolate, enjoyed a "Journey to Remember" slideshow, and even met Santa Claus himself!

Our Chancellor Gardens team and their families came together for the greatest holiday party. Amazing food, thoughtful gifts, and so much laughter.

We really are one big family, and moments like these remind us why we love what we do ❤️

Our residents rolled up their sleeves and baked all their favorite cookie recipes. We turned them into bake sales and taco bars, and the love poured out.

This week they raised $2,740 for the Hill family and their little girl fighting Niemann-Pick disease.

That’s what community feels like ❤️

Our memory care residents headed to the Festival of Trees to support Primary Children’s Hospital. They wandered through all the sparkling trees with the biggest smiles, then celebrated with ice cream cones on the way home 🍦🎄
