Get outside!

I know it's hot, but those days won't be here for much longer. Before we're cooped up inside for a few months, let's enjoy the nice weather while it's here! Spending a few minutes outside each day can help to improve mood, decrease stress, and improve focus. Read below for some tips to incorporate some outside time into your day -

1. Get out early or late: The hottest part of the day tends to fall late morning into mid afternoon. Start or end your day by spending a few minutes outdoors when the temperature is a little cooler.

2. Find a shaded area: The temperature is always much lower in the shade than directly in the sun. You can still reap the benefits of being outside even if you're in a covered area.

3. Spend time in the woods: If you have access to a wooded area vs pavement, it can be much more comfortable. You might even see some wild life while doing so!
