Dealing with grief during the holiday season can be an extremely difficult process. We are here to help provide support on how to get through this time.
Part 1 of our 5 part Grief Series is "only do what you can handle". If you need to skip old traditions or gatherings, that is OK. Focus on what feels good, even if it's different than what you've done in the past. Choosing to go out to eat on Thanksgiving instead of cooking a large meal could be a good way to take some pressure off if you are struggling this holiday season.
