Reflexology is one of the first modalities I learned in school - I absolutely love offering this as a full session or as an addition to massage. This practice is a fantastic way to promote healing within the body through the feet. First time intros sessions are just $50 for 60 minutes.

🌟 Hello! My name is Kristen. I created this business page, Lunales Wellness & Massage. I'm a massage apprentice with my pal , and we are at the tail end of our program. I'm hoping to become licensed in 2024.
🌟Just wanted to give a big howdy to everyone following this journey. The name Lunales I came up with as a combination of my name and my daughter's name. I live in Woods Cross, UT, with my family, but I am originally from Texas. I love anatomy, yoga, dance, fitness, coffee, wine, food, and massage/movement, of course!

Our bodies are a work of art!! I am currently studying muscles of the thigh via . What a world we have inside of us! 🥹
We have been using this program throughout our apprenticeship - Dr. Joe goes in depth with each muscle so we're able to understand attachments, palpation, stretch, and where pain may present with tightness.
