Relaxing and restoring our current selves into the calendar new year. Remember winters just getting started, don't try to be someone new, that will come in spring

I'll slowly be incorporating two nights a week at the studio, a workout yoga class with a yin or rotating type of yoga class,

And hike club, how I've missed ya. Let's get out of the house. Soon. Where and times to come

Take it easy yogis, rest and restore. That's what winters about no matter what the calendar says

All Peoples across the World have folk or indigenous customs, informed by thousands of years of food, song, dance, storytelling, rituals, rites of passage, ontology, ethnobotany, relation to place and space, as a direct result of deep, intimate relations with Land. Whenever we recenter respect, reciprocity and responsibility with Land we are returning, reclaiming, repairing. Whenever we give attention, intention, and presence to our interactions with the world around us, we are repairing the pain we all carry, in a modern world constructed upon disconnection. "
