In March we are going to hold an attendance challenge. The challenge will be to sign-in and workout at least 22 days in March. Because we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your fitness; we will be offering 'extra credit' opportunities. The first will be going 3 miles on the treadmill. All you need to do for 1 day's credit will be to walk, run, jog, whatever 3 miles then take a picture and add it facbook tagging bodymatrix. THE END OF MONTH PRIZE FOR THOSE WHO COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE WILL BE A BM T-SHIRT. We are here to motivate you to reach your fitness goals! Good luck but strong will and momentum are what you really need.
