Bestie pic in gym!!! I am finally back in the gym and it feels good! This health journey is so therapeutic!!! Finally getting healthy from the inside out, mentally and physically! I have never done this and mentally I feel stronger than I ever have! Death of a loved one twice in three years has been a complete eye opener!! Love my bestie for life!

This is me 2019. Starting a new love of health, relationships and getting rid of any extra toxins in my life. I starting juicing after a surgery that left me sick on Dec 19th and have been juicing through the death of my father, anxiety, slight depression and I still have the will to get up every day and take care of my body. I realized through all of this that I need complete balance to allow myself to feel good. Spiritually, emotionally and mentally. I have lost twenty pounds since I started which seems extreme but I have done cleanses in between juicing. I removed my eyelashes, my nails and any other toxic related unneeded beauty accessories to my natural beauty. I have decided to love me. Not just me but inside me, my heart, my kidneys, GI tract, liver etc. I am taking the time to cleanse each organ separately as if it’s my baby. I have taken advantage of me for a very long time but after a few scares and a watch of a loved one pass so quick , this year is going to be about healthy living. I have three amazing books and a lot of great friends and family and that is enough food for my soul! 💯
